The International Federation of Fertility Societies (IFFS) is delighted to liaise with FIGO and GLOWM by contributing the IFFS Textbook on Reproductive Medicine for the Obstetrician and Gynecologist to The FIGO Continuous Textbook of Women’s Medicine Series. The IFFS book contains 12 chapters focused on fertility and infertility for the practicing physician and their healthcare teams, replete with well-referenced, evidence-based information, practical approaches, and practice recommendations. The range of topics includes infertility, approaches to evaluate and treat female and male partners and couples, lifestyle impact and advice, surgery for infertility, advice prior to initiating advanced reproductive technologies (ART) and alternative therapies, and child and parental health after ART. Each chapter offers readers an option for online learning assessment Continuing Professional Development credits (awarded from FIGO) when successfully undertaken. We are delighted to continue to work with the global fellowship of health professionals to promote, advocate for and enhance the wellbeing of women everywhere and individuals to achieve their family-building goals through informed reproductive healthcare.
