General Biographical Description: Dr Chenevert joined the faculty of the Department of Radiology at the University of Michigan in 1984. His initial efforts were to establish a small animal MR imaging lab, as well as provide support clinical MRI operations. His initial research interests were in MR perfusion imaging applied to breast cancer. Over the years he has developed record of contributions in MR technologies for angiography; elastography; and steatosis quantification. His current research efforts are in clinical translation of MR diffusion, perfusion, permeability and spectroscopic imaging schemes to assess treatment response profiles in patients. He currently holds rank of Professor of Radiology, University of Michigan.
